Why Therapy? Whether a business owner knows it or not, their business may be quit ill. Things are falling through the cracks because there is no accountability, customers are unhappy with the less-than-personal experience they are having, employees are disgruntled (or one is who is spoiling the whole barrel). Overall the business may be surviving, but not definitely not thriving. Business Therapy is about taking a close look at what the underlying issues are and putting in place systems to stop them from recurring over and over and help things start running smoothly again, or for the first time. What systems are and how to create them is foundational to what I guide my clients in and what my EMyth training has taught me well.
